Certified By The Supreme Court of New York as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Gary graduated magna cum laude from Boston University in 2003 with a dual major in philosophy and psychology. In 2009, Mr. Gary graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Gary was the editor-in-chief of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. Mr. Gary was the judicial clerk for the Honorable Jamie D. Happas, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New York, Law Division, Middlesex County. Mr. Gary is admitted to practice before the New York State Bar, New York State Bar, and the Bar of the United States District Court, District of New York.
