Ms. Annunzio, who has been with the Firm for over 30 years, is nationally recognized in toxic and mass tort matters. Her reputation as an aggressive and formidable adversary, always thorough and meticulous in preparedness, demonstrates her commitment to her clients and the law. Litigation experience combined with scientific background is what her clients routinely rely upon in complex toxic tort matters. A member of Tri Beta Biological Honor Society and Phi Omega Epsilon Honor Society, her undergraduate degree in Biology together with a Chemistry minor uniquely qualifies her as a litigator in a multitude of matters .

Through her years of practice, Ms. Annunzio has defended corporations in complex multi-party litigation involving toxic tort, construction, environmental, and products liability matters, and has been designated as national counsel for several corporations involved in asbestos litigation. She has had extensive experience in not only litigation strategy on national corporate levels but also dealing with local counsel, specialized technical experts , and trial preparation
